Maintenance and Service

Our exceptional service starts before you even move in.  Before you ever set foot in your new home, we will inspect it for you.   If it's not right, we will fix it.  We have a 20 point check list that we go through before you move-in.

Our Maintenance Team

Our maintenance team is friendly and professional.  When a maintenance representative knocks on your door, you'll know who they are because they will be wearing Cherry Hills Properties, Inc. shirts.  If your not home when our maintenance team leaves your home, they will leave you a report detailing the status of the work they did on your home.

Emergency Service

We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance for those situations that may arise after normal business hours.  We always have a member of our team to answer our emergency phone 24/7.  Service technicians can be contacted after hours at (618)-530-3300 for Emergency Repairs.

Lawn Service

We want you to be proud of your home inside and out.  We go inspect each community daily looking for any items that might need our attention.  We have a grounds keeping crew to make sure that the grass is green and cut weekly, bushes are trimmed, and the flowers are blooming.

Snow & Ice

Snow and ice are a fact of life in the Midwest.  And even though it might be fun to play in, it isn't fun to drive in, that is why we are out fighting it early.  As a courtesy we do snow removal for 2 inches or more of snow.  We plow and shovel to get you out and about safely.
