Cherry Hills Properties, Inc. is excited to offer a program of rewards.  Our Referral Incentive Program is an excellent way to earn some extra money. 

Resident Incentives                                                                                                             

Refer a friend, family member, co-worker or acquaintance to live at any Cherry Hills Property Community and you will be eligible for a check!

When you refer someone to live at a Cherry Hills Property Community we will send you a check.  If they sign a 12 month lease we will pay you $250.00.  If they sign less than a 12 month lease then we will pay you $100.  

Realtor Incentives                                                                                                                    

When your client is not ready to purchase a home or their new home isn't ready yet, we can help.    We guarantee professional, courteous attention to you and your client.
